The group home coordinator ensures the rights of all home residents are respected. The coordinator enforces the rules and provides guidance and support for residents regarding quality of living. The coordinator encourages residents to participate in activities like outings, trips, social and community forums and other events.

A part-time Assistant Area Manager, an essential role which helps ensure a consistent quality experience each and every stay. This position will require excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong attention to detail. A dedication to hospitality and guest experience is at the core of the work.

The Resident Care coordinator is responsible for the daily functioning of the health care needs of the residents in the facility. Reviews, supervises and assists with resident care as needed.
